1972
TID Pte Ltd (previously
named Trade and Industrial
Development Private
Limited) was established by
HLHL together with one of
Japan’s biggest integrated
real estate developers,
Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd
Hong Leong Group
acquired a controlling
interest in CDL and
embarked on a strategic
diversification into
investment properties.

1973
A joint venture between
HLHL, CDL and TID, was
incorporated as Tripartite
Developers Pte Ltd (Tripartite).

1975
The flagship building of Hong
Leong Holdings Limited was
built.

1994
Joint venture with the Beijing East Suburb Agriculture Industry Commerce United Corporation and a Singapore Consortium comprising Temasek Holdings, Keck Seng Group and Hong Leong Group on Beijing Riviera - private residential development in China.

1997
The Beijing Riviera Country
Club was opened.

2000
Joint venture with Bestromont International Private Limited, a local arm of Japan’s Nichimen Corporation, to develop North Oaks Executive Condominium, which was innovatively marketed with one of Singapore’s beloved television icons, Phua Chu Kang.

2006
Joint venture with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and HKR International Limited on Coastal Skyline - private residential estate in Hong Kong.

2017
A joint effort with
Singapore Fintech
Association (SFA), 80RR
was set up to support
the growth of the Fintech
industry in Singapore. It
is currently a coworking
home for more than 50
companies from various
countries.

2018
RResidential and commercial project, One Central was completed in Chengdu’s High Tech district.

2021
Residential project ,
Springdale Park in
Chengdu was completed. It
sits right next to the scenic
Longquan mountain range
and is well-positioned in a
township with state of the
arts sporting facilities to
host the World University
Game (FISU) in 2023.

SINGAPORE
HLHL continues to sit on the apex of development with several residential properties in the works along choice locations such as Shenton Way, Nassim Road, Balmoral Road and Meyer Road, as well as looking critically into property investment opportunities in Singapore and globally.


CHINA
HLHL continues to focus on building its portfolio in China. In Chengdu, these projects include residential developments like One Central, Springdale Park, Park Royal and LuhuLinyu, as well as the commercial development Jinniu21.
In Chongqing, HLHL has taken on some impressive ventures like the large-scale mixed-use development Chongqing 18T Mansion, and Chongqing Central Park Residential Project.
